Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes inside Greater Cairo for many peripherals under our COD limit. Monitors and chairs often require transfer or card before dispatch. We confirm the method before you commit — no ambush COD for a 27″ panel.
Can I try a keyboard or mouse before buying?
Yes. Demo boards and grip samples live on the counter. Demo units themselves are not for sale unless clearly marked as open-box.
Are website prices final?
Listed EGP figures are working estimates including typical VAT treatment. The binding amount is on your confirmation or invoice when stock is reserved. Import cost swings can move numbers; we never change the price after you have paid.
Do you install mouse and keyboard software?
We can walk you through drivers on your laptop in-store. Remote installs are limited. Prefer onboard memory profiles when you travel to cafés with locked-down PCs.
What if a package arrives damaged?
Refuse delivery if the outer carton is crushed, or photograph everything before opening. Email [email protected] within 48 hours with order ID and photos. See Returns.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
No. PASS EG fulfils inside Egypt only from Mirage City.
How long do you hold reserved stock?
Usually 72 hours unless we agree a longer window when you reserve. Uncollected holds return to the shelf.
Can university clubs buy in bulk?
Yes — same-SKU packs for mice and headsets are common. Email event date and headcount. Details on Events.
What payment methods work in-store?
Cash and common local card options. For large transfers, ask for invoice details before you visit so accounts can clear.
