Orders confirmed before 14:00 on a business day are the ones that catch the evening courier cut. After that, they roll to the next morning pack list.
Showroom pickup
Reserve online or by phone, then collect at Ring Road In Marriott Mirage City Golf Club, Mirage City, Cairo Governorate 11757. Staff can help load monitors. Uncollected reserves are released after the hold window we state when you book — usually 72 hours unless you ask for longer.
How we pack
- Keyboards and mice: foam + inner box + outer carton
- Headsets: original retail pack inside a crush sleeve
- Monitors: upright orientation labels, corner protectors, “fragile” marking
- Chairs: flat-pack with hardware bag taped inside the frame box
If the outer carton arrives crushed, refuse delivery or photograph everything before opening and email us within 48 hours.
Cash on delivery
COD is available for many Greater Cairo peripheral orders under our COD ceiling. Monitors and chairs often require transfer or card before dispatch. We tell you which method applies before you confirm — no surprise COD refusals at the door for high-value panels.
