1. The service

PASS EG offers gaming peripherals and related desk hardware for sale in Egypt from our Mirage City location. Website content is informational. Stock and prices are confirmed when an order is accepted.

2. Eligibility & orders

You must be able to form a binding contract under Egyptian law. Business buyers should disclose company details when requesting invoices. An order is accepted when we confirm stock and payment method. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled, refunding amounts already paid.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and may change with supply costs. The amount on your confirmation or invoice is binding. Website estimates may include typical VAT treatment and will be clarified at checkout or reservation.

4. Delivery & risk

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes on delivery signature or showroom handover. Inspect parcels promptly and follow the process on our Shipping and Returns pages for damage.

5. Returns & warranty

Governed by our Returns and Warranty pages, which form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use & IP

Do not misuse the site (abuse that degrades service, attacking security, submitting unlawful content). PASS EG branding, layout, and original text are protected. Product brand names remain their owners’ property.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, PASS EG is not liable for indirect losses (lost rank, tournament fees, data loss) arising from peripheral use. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the courts of Cairo, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
