Returns within 14 days
Changed your mind on switch feel or mouse shape? Unused items in original packaging can come back. We prefer exchanges when stock allows — faster than refunds.
Eligible returns
Products must be unused, with all inserts, cables, and serial seals intact. Opened earpad hygiene packs and worn chair covers are not returnable as new. Software-activated licences bundled with certain kits may be non-returnable once redeemed — we flag those at sale.
Process
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
- We confirm eligibility and issue a return authorisation code.
- Drop off at Mirage City or ship with tracked courier at your cost unless we sent the wrong item.
- Refunds return to the original payment method after inspection (typically 5–10 business days).
Exchanges
Sizing issues on mice and chairs are usually solved with an exchange from live stock. Bring the original unit and packaging; we will re-bench the replacement before you leave.
Wrong item shipped: We cover return shipping and prioritise a correct outbound. Photograph the label and contents before you reseal.
